I broke my foot in June. It is now October. Still not allowed by orthopedic to do any lower body workouts. I used to squat 40 pounds, do lunges with 20 pounds. My leg muscle decreased 2 inches. I began Pilates, with this apps help and the tone in my legs is so much better! I love what this guided app has done for me. The 3D images really helped me understand what to do safely! Excellent and so grateful!

Its great, challenging but do able. I would have a real person so you. The animated person is a bit rough. But the description is easy to understand.

I got this app to improve my overall flexibility and train my core, and Im loving it.
I really appreciate this app. Pilates is great but it can be hard to keep up with a solid intensive regime. This app allows you to keep doing pilates despite how much time you may have on a particular day. Excellent

Just finished my first session and I must say it was great. It has me sweating didnt think that would happen with such a short session but Im looking forward to tomorrow session.
Great exercises! Easy to do for the first time!
