Exercises are great to squeeze in a few minutes of pilates every day. The missing star is for the lack of instructions for breathing and correct postures. But, overall I really like the exercises.

This app helps you fit even 5 minutes of workout into your busy schedule and it helps. Could be a little more informative on how to do the positions though
For someone with a tight schedule and looking for a quick, easy beginners routine, this was the perfect fit for me! I pair this with 15 minutes of yoga then 10 minutes of abs and voila! We have a nice little morning routine.
Quick take anywhere Pilates exercises. Great for when you dont have time for a full Pilates session.
Only done Day 1, but even that was great! If youre a busy mum and only have [literally] a few minutes to squeeze in a little ab work this fits the bill!
