Very happy. Great results in a minimum of time. Easy and clear instructions.
Like the easy to understand explanations. Dont like to be forced to write a review.
The missing star is for the missing component: instructions regarding the breath, timing and method. If I werent already experienced with Pilates, this lack would have been a real stumbling block. Otherwise, the app is wonderful, and I look forward to using it for a long time and regaining a strong core.
Nice and simple exercise to use for stretching in the morning.
I like the moves they have and they are great for a quick 5 minutes but wish they were 10-15 minutes!
App is easy to use and convenient. I use it as a warm up and a cool down.

Some bad moments

Not worth the extra $. No sound and does not retain workouts!
I got this app to improve my overall flexibility and train my core, and Im loving it.
I really appreciate this app. Pilates is great but it can be hard to keep up with a solid intensive regime. This app allows you to keep doing pilates despite how much time you may have on a particular day. Excellent
Just finished my first session and I must say it was great. It has me sweating didnt think that would happen with such a short session but Im looking forward to tomorrow session.
Quick, clear, simple. When I cant make it to the gym this is a fantastic substitute.
I like this app but why is it that you have to pay for day three arent the advertisements enough.
